In the case of cancellation, the customer will forfeit at least the deposit.
If the cancellation is made at least 30 days before the expected arrival, the customer will be required to pay only the deposit.
If the cancellation is made later than 30 days before the expected arrival or the reservation will not be cancelled at all, the customer will be required to pay the entire sum.
The customer is entitled to a refund, excluding the deposit, in case the customer or a person from the same household falls ill, has an accident, or dies. In this case, cancellation must be notified to the hotel without delay and properly verified, e.g. by a doctor’s certificate.
If the cancellation is made during the holiday, payments already made by the customer will not be refunded.
In case the customer changes the reservation (e.g. the number of people, the date, the location), a separate fee will be charged.
A change in the location or in the date must be made at least six (6) weeks before the beginning of the stay. Changes made after this date will be treated as a cancellation of the previous booking and a new booking.
